Breakaway works at the intersection of AI strategy and cybersecurity delivery, supporting strategic initiatives across the federal government and commercial markets.
Budgets moved first. Clarity didn't. The gap between the two is where this firm does its work.
9in 10
Nearly nine in ten businesses report using AI regularly.
44%
Are scaling AI across the enterprise, up from 38% the year before.
60%
Expect to increase AI investment over the next year.
Every one of those budgets has a crowd around it. Established providers are extending into AI while AI-native companies chase the same accounts, and from the buyer's chair the pitches have started to sound identical.
Putting "AI-powered" on a product is no longer a differentiator; it's the price of entry. Sellers need a defensible answer to where they compete and why they win. Buyers need a way to tell the difference before they sign.
What we do
From AI potential to market momentum
For AI technology companies
Growth strategies
We assess your go-to-market against the buyer roles who actually sign, then review the sales organization end to end — MQL-to-SQL pipeline, team readiness, speed to close. From there we train, shadow, and mentor your reps, and tighten messaging, collateral, battle cards, and event strategy.
Product management
We evaluate product design, architecture, and market readiness, then help you prioritize the roadmap around what we find. Buyer personas get mapped to real features and use cases, and we shape packaging, pricing, and positioning. We stay through delivery, prototype to production.
Technology promotion & customer acquisition
We refine the pitch, run targeted outreach and demand generation, and qualify high-value accounts before they reach your calendar. Then we make direct introductions into our buyer network and develop channel partners and alliances. Because we carry only one technology per market segment, that network hears a single recommendation from us — yours.
Curated AI Security Portfolio
Selected partner ecosystem
A focused partner portfolio helps us guide AI and security outcomes across technical operations, data security, SaaS and AI governance, and hands-on readiness training — without promoting competing technologies in the same segment.
Find the right AI. Put it to work.
For organizations adopting AI
AI & Cyber consulting and staffing
Federal and commercial advisory built on decades of hands-on delivery: secure AI deployment, SecOps maturity, compliance and audit readiness, security assessments and remediation. We also run training and cyber range exercises, and augment your team through any phase of delivery.
AI product selection & evaluation
We take you from strategy through technology evaluation, solution architecture, and practical implementation. The measure is business outcome, not pilot count. You finish with technology you chose deliberately and can defend to a board.
Personnel recruiting
We identify and place leadership, revenue, and delivery talent — CROs, sales executives, sales operations, architects, engineers, analysts. Candidates come from a curated network of cyber SMEs, CISOs, and enterprise decision makers built over more than 20 years.
Established partnerships that extend our reach
We hold partnerships with government contracting and advisory organizations, giving the technologies we represent a working route into federal and commercial markets — and giving the organizations we advise access to vehicles they already trust.
